I was really excited when I weighed myself on the scale this morning. I weighed 151lbs! I weighed myself twice just to make sure it wasn't a fluke.  I took roughly five weeks to lose ten pounds by playing Wii Sports and rhythm games like Dance Dance Revolution, In The Groove, and Pump it Up.  I play these games daily for at least a half hour.  I also keep a log of my diet, you can read my progress journal and sign up for one yourself it's free!  My diet is far from perfect but the journal keeps me accountable of what I eat and I try to watch the portions I consume.   I've never been much of a calorie counter but I just eat moderately and play video games that make me break a sweat.  It's fun and my pants fit much better now! I'd like to lose 5 more pounds to match what my drivers license says.   Here's some before and after pics of me.
