for the past 2 days I weighed in at 161lbs I want to get to my pre-pregnancies weight of 153 and ideally my driver's license weight of 145
I'm trying to watch what I eat though I indulge a little bit
In wii sports my fittness age scores have varied from 26-76. I'm currently at 26.
Here's what I ate and did on the 24th
2 packets oatmeal, orange juice
banana (snack)
light yogurt (snack)
a Smart Ones chicken pasta thingy
a fun size almond joy, picked off the almond
1 oatmeal cookie
1 jolly rancher
chili with cheese for dinner, skim milk
I drank water through out the day
for my workout I did about 6 songs in DDR Super Nova at difficult level, I did a game of baseball and several rounds of wii boxing I got over 600 points!
yesterday I had
bowl of cereal (honey bunches of oats with strawberries) skim milk, orange juice
banana (snack)
light yogurt (snack)
a turkey sandwich, diet coke, chili at wendy's
2 tiny pickles (snack)
tuna helper , skim milk
I drank water through out the day
. I had a poor wii fitness score of 45. I did some DDR Super Nova at difficult level and Expert with Cut enabled, Wii boxing and a few games of Wii tennis I kicked my hubby's butt 6 games straight.
Today I weighed 162! Either the Wendy's deli sandwich wasn't good or my monthly visitor is coming soon and I'm saving up water
My Wii fitness score is 26 today.
Here's what I ate
2 packets oatmeal maple/brown sugar, skim milk, orange juice
banana (snack)
orange (snack)
3-4 jolly ranchers
smart ones chicken broccoli
1 snickers bar
Chicken quarter mashed potatoes and creamed spinach with skim milk for dinner
I plan on doing DDR and Wii after I clean the house a bit in preparation of my daughter's birthday...tomorrow's diet will be blown

This morning I weighed 159 but with the birthday party and all the snacks I ate my diet was for sure blown. My wii fitness score was 37 today.
Here's what I recall eating
Honey Bunches of oats with strawberries, skim milk and Orange Juice
Roast Beef sandwich with cheese
italian pasta sald, beans, cole slaw
straberries kiwi and grapes
a little bit of a chex mix varient
1 chip and nacho cheese
1 piece of birthday cake
a little bit of a charleston chew bar
we'll see what the scale says tomorrow I don't plan on eating dinner I'm too stuffed
I DDR SuperNova at diffult and beginner level to cool down. I did some wii boxing too.

I weigh 160 today which isn't bad considering the party food from yesterday. My Wii fitness score is 32 today.
Here's what I have eaten today
a bowl of raisin bran and a glass of orange juice
at church I had a donut hole to hold me over
for lunch I ate a roast beef and swiss cheese sandwich and had a piece of cake
I drank a fruit 2O and a diet vernors
I snacked on some starwberries
for dinner I had BBQ chicken bits, chicken rice and butter corn with pepper and a glass of skim milk
I plan on doing my DDR and wii boxing now

I still weigh 160 and my wii score today was 37.
For breakfast I ate 2 packed maple and brown sugar oatmeal with skim milk and OJ
Snacks for today included 3 pieces of candy
1 pear
1 orange
1 light yogurt
2 cookies
For lunch I had a turkey and cheese sandwich and a little bit of ranch pasta salad, a fruit 2O to drink
Dinner was a roast beef sandwich, some coleslaw and some macaroni salad and a piece of cake and some skim milk
my neighbor may join me in my workout tonight we'll see

I wasn't able to get a hold of my neighbor her cell phone is whacked. I sure did have quite a workout yesterday, I did some intense Wii boxing and some difficult level DDR Super Nova
today I weighed 158! that's my weight when I found out I was pregnant with my 2nd child.
here's what I ate so far
breakfast: honey bunches of oats with strawberries, skim milk and OJ
snacks: banana, orange, light yogurt
lunch: hand and cheese sandwich
drank 3 calorie free flavored waters today (2 were given to me for free)
for dinner I had chicken Parmesan with 1.25 chicken patties and a salad with Caesar dressing, a glass of skim milk
My neighbor joined me for my workout today we did some Wii boxing, tennis, baseball and a few rounds of DDR Super Nova I played at difficult level
My Wii fitness age is 24

Today I weighed in at 159. Oh well will have to watch what I eat more I guess, or it could be water weight? We'll see, just hope to keep it under 160.
For breakfast I ate a bowl of raisin bran with skim milk and a glass of pine/orange/banana juice
for snacks today I had a banana and a bears frosted sugar cookie, 2 tiny pickles too
I had beef stir fry for lunch with a flavored calorie free water
I had a turkey pastrami & cheese sandwich for dinner with 1/4 chicken patty and a glass of skim milk
My wii fitness score was 39, I got a good DDR Super Nova and Wii boxing and Tennis workout today

Breakfast today was 2 packets of oatmeal 1 plain 1 apple cinamon, skim milk and a glass of pine/orange banana juice
For snacks I have eaten a light yogurt, a banana and 2 kisses with peanut butter, orange
Lunch was a ham and cheese sandwich and a Fruit 2O
We went out to Applebee's for dinner I had the three cheese 3 course meal special. I didnt eat all my dinner but I ate all the pie, without the nuts I'm so stuffed, curious what I'll weigh tomorrow...
My Wii score is 35 and I got to workout with my hubby we did DDR SuperNova and Wii boxing, tennis and baseball

Today I weighed in at 158 so I'm happy about that.
For breakfast I ate a bowl of raisin bran with skim milk and a glass of pine/orange/banana juice
I hate a yogurt, banana nad an orange for snacks
Lunch was a turkey psatrami sandwich with cheese and a Fruit 2O
because of the upcoming superbowl there were goodies all over I had a couple puffy things, 2 hersey peanut butter and a mini hershey bar
Dinner was 1/4 frozen pizza and salad with Caesar dressing and a glass of skim milk
My Wii fitness score today was 23.
I had a good wii boxing workout I won 2 tough matches and my hubby joined me for DDR SuperNova and Maxx 2

157 today! I hope I can keep going at this rate.
I had a bowl of Life cereal with skim milk and pine/orange/banana juice for breakfast
Lunch was a ham and cheese sandwich and a diet vernors
snacks today have been strawberries, some pizza samples at a store and a fudge bar
Dinner was a pan fried chicken leg, potatoes with onions and butter and a salad with a Caesar Parmesan dressing and a glass of skim milk
I did some Wii boxing (fought my first pro guy he kicked my butt twice) and bowling (now pro)
I did some DDR testing out our semi fixed DDR pad, now another arrow on it's flaking out

Today the scale briefly flickered 158 before the batteries died on it.
For breakfast I had a big pancake and scrambled eggs with cheese, orange mango juice
I had 1 donut hole at church to hold me over
For lunch I had a turkey pastrami with swiss and honey mustard and 2 tiny pickles, diet vernors
snacks today included a fudge bar, a chocolate chip cookie, 1 dove bar bite and a piece of cranberry bread
Dinner was chicken stir fry and a glass of skim milk
My Wii fitness score was 23. I did some Wii boxing I was pro but then got beaten and I am down to 998. I did a few songs of DDR but had to quit early due to kids waking up from naps, guests coming over, cooking dinner and super bowl

Today I weighed 160 I'm not sure if it was the breakfast or snacks that did me in or female related bloating.
My Wii fitness score is 43
For breakfast I ate Life with skim milk and orange/peach mango juice
snacks today have been a light yogurt, 2 twizzlers, a vanilla/pumpkin cake like thingy, orange, 3 fortune cookies
lunch was a turkey tv dinner and a fruit 2O
For dinner I had 1 and a 1/3 fish fillet, a baked potato with cheese and cord with a little butter and pepper, and a glass of skim milk
I had a slice of cranberry bread too
I did a couple rounds of boxing I won 1 match and got whooped in 2, I did some In The Groove before my kids wanted attention

I weigh 157 again, weird how my body fluctuates like that.
For breakfast I ate a bowl of life cereal with skim milk and orange/peach/mango juice
I snacked on a lit bit of a keiser roll and some nestle crunch bits
lunch was a McD's double cheeseburger and a yogurt parfait (my body hasn't forgiven me since)
for Dinner I had beef stew and a glas of skim milk
I also drank a kiddie cocktail
My Wii fitness score was 33 and I did a couple ruonds of boxing and later did a couple dance sessions with In the Groove

Still hanging in there at 157.
Breakfast was a bowl of honey bunches of oats with strawberries with skim milk and peach/orange/mango juice
snacks for today included a light yogurt, nestle crunch bites, and a frosted sugar cookie
lunch was stir fry with fried rice and a Aquafina flavored water (10 calories)
I plan on having left over stew for dinner
My Wii fitness score was 44 today. I'm now a pro again in Wii boxing. I tied and won some matches, even lost one. I did some In The Grove too

Today I weighed in at 158, I guess the stir fry did me in. All is not lost though I was given a pair of (size 10) pants for Christmas that didn't fit me at the time. I'm wearing them now!!! (yes they're comfortable)
For breakfast I ate a bowl of honeycomb with skim milk and apple cranberry juice
Lunch was a macaroni and beef noodle frozen lunch & fruit 2O, I later went out to lunch with my co-workers and had a rice water and some chips n salsa
for snacks today I ate a banana, orange, a light yogurt, 3 hershey kisses
dinner was hamburger helper, beef noodle and a glass of skim milk
My Wii fitness score today was 36 I did some boxing and some In The Groove with my hubby

For breakfast I ate raisin bran with skim milk and a glass of apple cranberry juice
I had a banana, yogurt and a couple pieces of an orange as a snack
I went to Wendy's for lunch and had their Frescatta club sandwich with a side of chili and a diet coke
dinner was spaghetti with hamburger and Parmesan cheese with skim milk
I plan on doing wii boxing and DDR now
