I got the green light from my doctor to exercise again. I haven't been keeping track of my diet today but I will, starting tomorrow. I weighed myself this morning and weighed 166. My goal is to to get into my size 10 clothes again. Under 150 will be nice but I have to take into consideration that I'm nursing so I'm not sure how much that adds to my chest....

I'm going to start playing some DDR tonight, going to try out Hottest Party haven't played that yet

I weigh 165

breakfast: bowl of cinnamon Life, skim milk and a glass of OJ
brunch: pancake and a half, 2 eggs with cheese, bacon bits, glass of kool-aid
dinner: salad with light ranch dressing, pasta and meatball homebake
snacks: 4 cookies and some cookie dough (I was baking)


I played a couple rounds of Wii boxing against my hubby and beat him both times, not bad for not touching it in a while! ;) I also played some DDR Hottest Party

I weigh 166 today

breakfast: special K fruit and yogurt, skim milk and a glass of OJ
lunch: salami, cheese sandwich with mayo, kool-aid
snacks: 2 cookies, banana, drank some horchata, orange
dinner: salad with light ranch dresing, 5 chicken tenders w/honey, hash browns glass of skim milk

I got my butt kicked in Wii boxing dropped 150pts, I played a couple songs on hottest party before my son started crying

breakfast: cinnamon life with skim milk and OJ
snacks: banana, 2 cookies, spoonful of peanut butter, some cookie dough, a few cherries, kool-aid
lunch: bowl of macaroni & cheese. kool aid
dinner: salad with ginger dressing, general tao chicken and broccoli, glass of skim milk

I played a few songs in DDR Hottest Party and a couple songs in DDR Max to test a home made adapter for the Cobalt Flux to work with our PS3

Still at 165

breakfast: cinnamon life with skim milk and grape juice
snacks: yogurt, cookie dough, samples at Sam's Club (pizza, muffin, buffalo wing), rootbeer float
lunch: PB & J and kool aid
dinner: country fried steak, grating's potatos, mixed veggies, skim milk

Played through some more DDR Hottest Party and got my butt kicked in Wii boxing

lunch: rib sandwich with augratin potatos, kool aid
snacks: yogurt, cookie dough, thin mints
dinner: sloppy joe with hash browns, skim milk

Did some Wii boxing won 2/3 matches also played some DDR Hottest Party

breakfast: 2 eggs, 1.5 pancakes, grape juice
lunch: ham and cheese hot pocket, kool aid
snacks: 1 cookie, yogurt, thin mints, bowl of ice cream
dinner: ribs with pasta and mixed veggies, skim milk

Played some more hottest party, unlocked some songs, got my butt kicked by Matt twice in wii boxing

lunch: chicken fried rice, vitamin water
snacks: hershey bar, a few whoppers, yogurt, banana, apple, a couple life savers, chai tea
I played some Pump Exceed and some Wii boxing won 2/3 matches

I played some Wii boxing and won 2/3, tried 5 times at trying to get an A on a song in Hottest Party, got all B's

lunch: pepper beef and rice, vitamin water
dinner: ribs, noodle and broccoli, skim milk

I won 2/3 of my Wii boxing matches, tried about 5 more times to get an A on a song in Hottest Party mostly B's 1 C

breakfast: shredded min wheats, skim milk and OJ
lunch: left over pizza and some pizza flavored pringles, kool aid
snacks: yogurt, 2 apple newtons, spoonful of peanut butter, root beer float
dinner: Bertoli chicken pasta dinner, skim milk

My hubby and I tried to get an A on that song in hottest Party, still no luck, won 1/3 Wii boxing matches

163 this morning I can't say that I'm surprised, birthday parties are hard to say no to. :) In my defense I did have one breast full of milk during weighing. ;)

breakfast: bran cereal with strawberries, skim milk, OJ
lunch: Ham & cheddar sandwich vitamin water, potato salad, cole slaw
snacks: 5 life savers, 2 tiny twix, yogurt, banana, cake, some V-day candy
dinner: Turkey Pastrami sandwich with noodle and Hawaiian salad, sparkling pear juice
