I have a tx-1000 (I know it's crap) maybe for my b-day I'll save up for a cobalt but then my hubby will want one too

i use an ignition, it slides around a lot, but it works fine.
if you want two cobalts, you can buy a doubles pack and save $50.
(if you have enough. i know i'm never going to have enough to get that :))

It is important to maintain healthy bones for our kids; therefore, we should feed them healthy foods just as we adults do, but add to their daily consumption an adequate amount of fat-free dairy products. The table below guides you to the healthy servings you should offer them.

The daily plan contains:
6 servings of grains 5 servings of vegetables and fruits 3 servings of dairy 5 ounces of lean meat
one slice of bread or ½ cup pasta equals one serving in general, ½ cup equals one serving one cup skim milk or 1½ ounce low-fat cheese equals one serving

This way you should consistently lose one and one-half pounds per week as an active woman, which will easily total about fourteen pounds in three months.

My last point is to keep exercise in mind. Thirty minutes minimum three times a week will refresh your body and directly help you to lose pounds.
